Software license (EULA)
The HawkeSmith plugin ships with an end-user license agreement in its root directory. It grants a perpetual, per-seat license to use the plugin in your projects — including commercial games — and prohibits redistribution of the plugin itself. The EULA governs the software; the Terms of Service govern this site and your purchase.

HawkeSmith connects to AI providers using credentials you supply. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and policies, and CodeHawke is not a party to those agreements.
