Refund Policy

If you bought HawkeSmith and haven't activated the license key, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. Email support@codehawke.com from the address you bought with, and include your order email or license key.

If you've already activated, we handle it case-by-case. If the plugin doesn't work in your setup and we can't fix it with you, you get your money back. We'd rather refund you than have you stuck with a tool that doesn't work.

Components you haven't installed are refundable within 14 days, same process. Once a component has been installed into a project it's delivered digital content, so refunds after installation are case-by-case — again, if it's broken and we can't fix it, you get a refund.

If you bought HawkeSmith on Epic's Fab marketplace, the purchase and any refund are handled by Fab under Epic's refund policy — we can't issue Fab refunds directly. We can still help with support either way.

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. When a purchase is refunded, the associated license key or component entitlement is deactivated.
